Primary Care Evaluation

Mental Health Evaluation

  • Typical duration: 45–60 min

  • Includes: symptom review, history, goals, and standardized measures when needed

  • Plan: therapy options and medication management for depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia/psychosis, PTSD, and ADHD

  • Follow-ups: more frequent early on; then spaced out based on progress and safety

Telehealth prep

  • Join 5–10 minutes early from a private space

  • Check camera, audio, and a stable connection

  • Keep your medication list and any home monitoring devices handy

  • Use headphones for privacy

  • Provide your preferred pharmacy for prescriptions
